Steelhead Update

The calves are in the pasture, the daffodils are up, the first spring Chinook have been caught.  April showers…continue, close on the heels of March showers, and one can assume, as a prelude to May showers.

The last steelhead we saw before the blow out where large, which should be a good sign, generally before the run ends the fish start coming in small.  Although the good fishing should continue for several weeks the crowds will start to dissipate soon.  After all its spring and there are other things to do besides catch steelhead.

Thanks Lee

Thanks Demetre, Sam and Mary, fun as always
