Yep, I did that! I cropped the hatchery steelhead out of the picture cause I thought the rod and reel was so cool. Pin rod built on a sage Mod blank
and then we caught a cool native steelhead

Kind of a weird post, I accidentally hit “post” before I was done…..ah well.
So how do you like center pinning?
I particularly like to center pin when bank fishing fast rocky rivers, more often for spring chinook than steelhead.
