Kieth had a good week
Yep,
Its been too long since I posted a report. O.K. so here is what you missed. The Coho fishing got awesome, then all at once the coho fishing got shitty, then, the next day the steelhead fishing got awesome, then the steelhead fishing got better, lots and lots of dry fly/damp fly action, no one else doing it. Then it rained, then more salmon came, and we picked mushrooms, and berries, and shot elk.
Awesome!
Now its salmon central until November, then we steelhead fish some more.
As I said, Keith had a good week
Matsutakis and Chanterelles
I wish I had some pics of the steelhead fishing, or better still, some video. Had some monster fish crush dries, and at least 18 fish to the swing in the last two days, plus about a dozen dry fly refusals and assorted grabs pulls and jerks.
If you want to have a little fun go hang out in the lower river and swing flies on a big tip in the next few days, something cool will grab your stuff.
I have October 12,13,20, and 21 open Give me a call if you can make it.

Thanks for the report Jim. Forks area is someplace I always want to be. Fun to read about your adventures.
That is one helluva nice bull! I hope you got him where I think you got him. Way to go guys!
It doesnt even appear that the collision with the truck damaged the horns…… what luck!
